Am I limited to the number of new models I advertise?
No. The creation and deployment of our ads is automated, providing you with unlimited ads based on your inventory. All three package levels include ads for every new and pre-owned vehicle in your inventory. We can easily exclude any models you prefer.
What do you mean when you say your ads are "automated"?
Our digital advertising platform automatically creates, updates and optimizes all ads daily with dynamic content based on unique consumer shopping behavior. All ad copy, imagery and offers are automatically generated for every model for all ad types: Search, Social, Video and Display. The platform automatically updates your ads nightly across all mediums to ensure the most accurate information and optimizes your search campaigns through our bid and budget management system.
Are my digital ads based on my new and pre-owned inventory or generic models?
All ads are VIN-specific based on both your new and pre-owned inventory.
How do you determine the pricing and payment information included on my VIN-based digital ads?
Our digital advertising platform includes a powerful Offer Management application customized to your preferred pricing, OEM rebates, incentives, as well as your inventory, to automatically create and deploy legal and compliant, data rich ads for every digital medium. Your settings can be adjusted at anytime and all ads are automatically updated.
How often are my ads updated to reflect current rebates, incentives, price changes, inventory, etc.?
On average, all ads are updated within 24 hours of any changes to your pricing, OEM programs, incentives or rebates. Our platform syncs with your inventory every night to ensure you are only advertising your current new and pre-owned inventory. These ads are automatically delivered to Google, Bing, Facebook and YouTube daily.
Do you offer pre-roll video advertising and if so, what are the costs to produce all the videos?
All digital packages can be enhanced with our automated video advertising product, Advid. We require a minimum ad spend of $1,500. On average, our technology produces 200 videos per month. Our video ads include dynamic, payment-based offers and creative, as well as disclaimers, and can be set up for both remarketing and behavioral campaigns. Will my dealership have Store Visits enabled to determine which campaigns convert to in-store visitors?
Yes. Our account structure is optimized towards store visit attribution, providing our clients with the ability to monitor consumers who have engaged with your digital ads and also visited the dealership.

Where do you land all my digital traffic?
The iMR Program requires all digital ads to land on your primary website. However, we offer a VDP Extension Page (VEP) that we can add to your website at no additional cost. Our VEP’s are dynamically configured to display the exact same information the consumer received in the ad. Extending the exact offers and content from the ad to your landing page improves the consumer’s experience, increases your quality scores, lowers your costs and improves overall results.

How do you provide support to my dealership?
From the moment you join the Team Velocity family, our team of Onboarding Specialists, Regional Marketing Directors and Performance Coaches will be there to support your success every step of the way. You will be assigned a local Regional Marketing Director to execute your strategy and provide you with recommendations and comprehensive reporting.
Can I use all or some of Team Velocity’s services in my other franchised dealerships?
Yes, many of our current clients are multi-franchised groups. We are happy to honor the GM pricing for our digital advertising services to any of your other dealerships. We are certified to receive COOP funds for most franchises in the US and would love to discuss how we can implement our strategy at your other dealerships.
Will I have access to Google Ads and other reporting?
Yes. Your Google Ads account will be fully accessible. We will also provide you with fully transparent reporting on all your digital campaigns.
Do you follow Google’s Dealer Guidebook?
Yes. Our company adheres to 100% of the strategy and technology recommendations Google suggests for dealerships to receive the best return on their platform.
What brands are eligible for the new program?
Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC.
Do I have to select a specific package or can I choose only a la carte options?
You are required to select one of the three packages in order to add any a la carte products. You may not select from the list of a la carte products to build a “custom” package.
Can I work with Team Velocity and another iMR approved vendor?
No. You may only select one package and any add-ons from one partner at a time. Meaning, if you’d like to incorporate Advid into your digital strategy, you’ll need to enroll in a package with Team Velocity.
Are your ads optimized on all devices?
Yes, all ads and campaigns are optimized across all desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
