David Boice

Self-made and innovative, David is a pioneer in auto industry technology. Throughout his impressive career, he has owned numerous companies in the automotive, tech, RV, marine and real estate sectors. Boice co-founded two of the largest tech and consulting companies (AutoMark and CyberCar) in the automotive trade, with an enterprise value of $200 million. He co-founded his first technology company, AutoMark, with his father at 22, selling in 2000 as part of one of the largest technology transactions in the automotive industry. In 2008, he broke through a challenging economy and co-founded the most sophisticated, data-driven marketing agency in the automotive industry: Team Velocity.

Owner & Co-Founder

Budd Blackburn

Budd Blackburn holds an established background in automotive. Over the course of his career, he has championed the business side of the auto industry with a successful and versatile client base. These worldwide clients include 16 manufacturers, 76 of the top 100 dealer groups, and over 4,000 individual dealers across 18 countries. Budd led sales for two of the premier automotive marketing companies: Automark and Cyber Car. He then acted as the Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer of DDH in 2009. Combining efforts to form a monumental business, Budd and Dave Boice founded Team Velocity Marketing in 2005. Budd is continuing to watch Team Velocity flourish as its Owner & Co-Founder.

Justin Byrd

An enthusiastic leader who thrives on building positive, effective relationships to create highly motivated teams. Working his way up the corporate ladder at Chrysler Group LLC, Justin helped revive the company in 2008 with the Washington Rescue Package. He then ran their Global Market Representation in Dealer Network and became the Head of Operations for FIAT North America. Byrd was instrumental in the assembling of FIAT and Chrysler, and he rounded out his career there as Head of Marketing & Advertising across all Chrysler Group brands. Today, he is the President of Team Velocity and Tier10 and is also the Chairman and Founder of BYRD HOLDINGS LLC.

Bill Reilly

A focused leader, with 30 years of experience in operations and executive management with the last 17 years focused in automotive marketing. Bill has successfully led fast-growing, profitable businesses through the point of strategic exits and in his role prior to Team Velocity Marketing, he served as the General Manager & Senior VP for ADP Dealer Services Digital Marketing and Fulfillment businesses for five years after they acquired BZ Results. He also recently retired from the Army Reserves as a Colonel responsible for training mobilizing units in planning and operations. Today, he is the Chief Operating Officer of Team Velocity, Tier 10 Marketing and President of SOCIALDEALER.

Lisa Hutchens

Lisa is a passionate, dedicated leader working side by side with CEO David Boice and the Executive Leadership staff for 9 years. As a former teacher for 12 years and a dedicated former military spouse, Lisa thrives on bringing positive energy and passion to our organization. An advocate for our employees and leader of our Culture Committee, Lisa encourages team members to serve with a values-based character leaving a positive imprint on our mission to best serve our clients and each other.

Lewis Conner

Lewis has over 20 years of experience in finance and executive management. His previous experience includes serving as CFO of Professional Healthcare that he helped grow from a start-up to a highly profitable business with over 500 employees and 7 offices. Lewis started his career at KPMG, where he served as a supervising auditor within the firm’s audit department. From there, he also worked for the law firm of Gentry Locke where he advised high growth and middle market businesses on tax, financial and legal matters. Lewis received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and his Juris Doctorate from the George Mason University School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Virginia State Bar.

Regina Washington

A respected leader with over 20 years of experience in human resources focusing on enterprise-wide HR projects, employee relations, process improvement and procedure automation, talent acquisition and development and succession planning. As a member of the executive team, Regina contributes directly to long and short-term strategic objectives of the organization while maximizing organizational effectiveness. She oversees the HR team as well as programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and partners with leaders across the organization.

Lane Blumenfeld

An accomplished business law attorney, Lane has almost three decades of in-house and private practice experience, including as general counsel for both public and private companies with global operations. A tested leader and trusted advisor, Lane has a strong track record of producing practical solutions, while demonstrating strategic vision, integrity, and sound judgment. During his career, Lane has led the acquisition and sale of numerous businesses, secured multi-million dollar venture financings and private equity investments, negotiated complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships, and counseled public and private boards of directors. Lane holds a J.D. from Yale, a Masters in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins and a B.A. in History and Government from Cornell. He has also completed the National Outdoor Leadership School’s Outdoor Educator program and is a certified Wilderness First Responder.

Sean Wolfington

Sean Wolfington, chairman and CEO of The Wolfington Companies, is an entrepreneur who owns businesses in the automotive, technology, marketing, real estate and film industries. At the age of 34, Wolfington was a finalist in Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” and was named the 2012 “Entrepreneur of Year” by Haute Living magazine. By the age of 40, Wolfington built and sold three market leading digital marketing companies that were responsible for selling billions of dollars’ worth of vehicles over the internet. Wolfington was Chairman of the Board of Vin Solutions, the 33rd fastest growing technology company on the Inc 500 list when Cox Automotive & Autotrader bought the company in June 2011. Before the sale of VinSolutions, Wolfington built some of the leading digital marketing companies including BZ Results (acquired by ADP in 2006) and Cyber Car (acquired by Reynolds & Reynolds in 2001).×

Our Headquarters

Team Velocity’s state-of-the-art headquarters are located just outside of Washington, D.C. Our home office houses our technology development and client services teams. We also operate a cutting-edge marketing center in Miami, Florida.

Production Center

Our Production Center is home to our printing and fulfillment equipment, the model Xerox facility of the east coast with ability to produce over five million direct mail campaigns every month.
