Can I keep my traditional advertising agency and use Apollo?
Certainly. Apollo is the engine and works extremely well with traditional efforts. However, we highly recommend taking advantage of our additional services to maximize your experience with Apollo and see the best results.
Technical
Do you integrate with most CRMs?
Yes, Apollo uses ADF XML format to send leads into all CRM platforms. We are part of an automotive panel leading the development of ADF XML 2.0 for the industry. Additionally, we have developed a simple single-click function for advanced lead integration with dealership CRMs.
Is Apollo mobile friendly?
Apollo comes with a mobile app that makes it easy to follow up on leads from anywhere. The app provides Hot Opportunity alerts on your top prospects and includes VIN scanning, allowing your sales team to work leads on the go. In addition, all of the functionality within Apollo is optimized for an amazing mobile experience.
Security
Is our customer data secure through Apollo?
Apollo is secured with multiple hosts and storage arrays, safeguarding your data. We have Checkpoint firewalls and two-factor VPNs that add another layer of protection to your data. Our hosts continuously monitor to protect your data and make it available when you need it.
In addition, we have Type 2 SOC 2® compliance based on independent auditor examination of suitability of design and operating effectiveness of security controls for marketing portal services with respect to a subset of our clients.

What services are included with Apollo?
The one-time setup charge and fixed monthly subscription for Apollo gives you access to all of our applications – see the list of applications. We also offer additional marketing services including digital advertising, direct mail, service marketing, and traditional advertising production. What you spend on our marketing services depends on your selections and budgets, which you may adjust on a monthly basis. Please contact us to request a proposal.

Can I purchase Apollo without the added services?
If you’re interested in seeing what Apollo can do for your dealership, but you aren’t ready to purchase the additional marketing services, you can certainly purchase Apollo first. However, once you’re up and running, we highly recommend taking advantage of our additional services to maximize your experience with Apollo and see the best results.
Pricing
Do I have to pay a per user license fee for Apollo?
You pay a monthly license fee and can have as many users as needed within your dealership.
Do you require a monthly contract?
There is no monthly commitment for our marketing services. You can change both the services ordered and budget spent on a monthly basis. The Apollo Platform® is subject to a license agreement and we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any month you do not receive a positive return on your technology investment.
If I have multiple rooftops, is it one price?
No, we have different costs for each rooftop depending on franchise and size of database. Please contact us for a specific proposal for your scenario.

If I need help, where do I go or who do I call?

Do we need to hire someone to manage the Apollo platform?
Not necessarily, many of our clients appoint an Apollo champion who is already an employee. In addition, a lot of Apollo functions are automated, so the champion’s efforts only increase the effectiveness of the technology.
